Arch Security

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arch Security platform, websites and related services (the "Service"), provided by Arch Security ("Arch", "we", "us" or "our"). By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and confirm that you have the authority to do so. In that case, "you" includes the organization. If your organization has signed a separate written agreement with Arch for the Service, that agreement governs where it conflicts with these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate information when you use the Service and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at privacy@arch.security if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

2. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not allow anyone else to:

3. Your data

"Customer Data" means the information that you submit to the Service, or that you allow the Service to collect from the systems you connect to it. You keep all rights in your Customer Data. You grant us the rights we need to host, process and display Customer Data in order to provide, secure and support the Service for you.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect your systems to the Service and to provide Customer Data to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

4. Connected products

The Service can connect to third-party products that you choose to use with it. Your use of those products is governed by your agreements with their providers. We are not responsible for third-party products, or for changes to them that affect the Service.

5. Our rights

The Service, including its software, design and content, belongs to Arch and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes. We keep all rights that these Terms do not expressly grant. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

6. Fees

Fees for paid use of the Service, if any, are set out in the order or agreement for that use.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the non-public information that it receives from the other in connection with the Service with at least reasonable care, and will use it only to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under these Terms.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a security risk for the Service or for others, or if the law requires us to do so. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you before we do so.

The sections that by their nature should continue after your access ends will continue, including Your data, Our rights, Confidentiality, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability and Indemnity.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arch disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that it will identify every security issue in your environment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arch's total liability arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the liability.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Arch against third-party claims that arise from your Customer Data, from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or from your violation of law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Arch about the Service, except where a separate written agreement applies as described above. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to privacy@arch.security.
